Kesha Brown, CEO of CELTICAssurance is a multidisciplinary professional whose experience extends to UK, Canada, Barbados, Dominican Republic and Jamaica. She has added value in private and public sector and she has served on several non profit organization boards. She's a diverse graduate of MSc Risk Management (Dist) from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland where she was awarded the Best Overall Student prize for the MSc Risk Management Programme.

She also received a distinction for her in-depth research on the Application of Enterprise Risk Management in the Jamaican Financial Industry which involved four Jamaican financial institutions and a Big 4 professional services provider. Previous to this she completed the BSc Computer Science Engineer (Hons) at Havana University of Technologies José Antonio Echeverría, Cuba and she has a Diploma in Spanish, University of Cienfuegos, Cuba. She is also a Member of The Institute Risk Management (IRM), UK and a Certified Insurance Institute Affiliate Member who is involved to research and development.

As an enthusiastic, bilingual and highly motivated professional, Kesha is a strong, collaborative goal oriented leader. Kesha is the President Designate at Kiwanis Club Eastern St Andrew. As a philanthropist, she enjoys volunteerism and engaging in activities for positive change, motivational talks and helping children at risk.
